Instead of bunnies why couldn't it have been chocolate narwhals?
Shot this one at Ghiradelli Square in San Francisco. Such a colorful place. :)
Janette and Joel drove in from L.A. just to be with me. YAY!! Gonna get to shoot their wedding this coming July down there at the Disney Concert Hall. L.A. just got 10x cooler.
Thanks for the good time guys. See, I told you Ghiradelli would work. ;) BIG thank you to Mr. Peter Friday for lighting duty. Dude is awesome and a hipster at the same time. He's a hiposter. Best part, he's an assistant AND a client at same time. That is certainly a first time. Get ready for their session coming up soon.
Happy Friday guys. Thanks for the peek.

San Fransisco Family Session :: Gould Family
"San Francisco is a landfill for hearts"
~Sam Hassas
Blog, meet the Gould family, Gould family, meet the blog.
Peter is a multi-talented graphic designer who wanted some family/branding photos while here in the States on business. These guys are from Australia which makes them immediately cool. Cool by default. I didn't want them to leave and go back home without some California lovin. By the end of the day, I had them all saying "hecka" and eating In & Out. Go Niners!
Lots of firsts on this session.
- first time shooting a family session in The City
- first time shooting a family session AND brand photography at once
- first time shooting Australians, (next February I get to shoot Australians IN Australia for a wedding. YAY ME!)
Creative Cubed
Azaan Inspired Graphics
He will be heading up the new design for my new blog and website coming in a few short weeks. I'm hecka excited.
Happy Thursday :D

San Jose Engagement Session :: Ashley & Justin
It rained again. I brought an umbrella and my mad skills. You need both to shoot in the rain. For serious.
Ashley teaches 4th grade which makes Justin a ........wait for it........ cop. At the rate I'm going, I'll have shot the entire Bay Area Police force. (I think I'm at 7 police officer grooms). The wedding is in July at Casa Real in Pleasanton. (where Tinna and Wally got married) It's seriously one of the best places in the East Bay to get hitched. They are a class act.
Big thank you to Henry for help as assistant for this shoot as well. Seems to me we all got soaked. All for a worthy cause right? :)
Much love. Happy Tuesday everyone.

Morgan Hill Engagement Session :: Kate & Kris
"Everyone should own a tire swing."
-everyonethatseverbeenonatireswing.
Waited a while to post this one. Everyone say hello to Kate & Kris. You might remember Kris from a session I did a while back when he was needing images for his promo CD. Dudes seriously talented, go check him out: Kris Seibold. Kris, you picked a good one. She beautiful dude. You guys did so well. Thanks for having me. :)
Went though a good bit of planning to pull of this session. Thank you TES of San Jose for the used tractor tire. Couldn't have pulled this off otherwise. Who knew there was a tractor supply shop in San Jose?? Before leaving check out the awesome behind the scene shots provided mostly by Kamil. You really came though man. Can't thank you enough for helping out.
(to any current or future couples that want to have a "themed" engagement session like this, hit me up. I'll give you all the details. We can drum up some magic just for you. ;)
Happy Saturday folks. Some behind the scenes fun. THANK YOU KAMIL!!
