Wedding invitations

Came across this today and had a laugh. I think everyone's been to 1 or 2 of these kind of weddings. Can you say, Mother-out-law

Sarai :: Baby Session

Gosh, what a doll this little one was. Babies never cease to amaze me. So much personality in such a tiny package. Shot this just around the corner from my house. Take note, great locations aren't always miles away. Beauty can be found in all kinds of layouts. You just have to know what your looking for.

My goal here was to have a subject so very sweet & innocent amongst something very rustic and drab. Not the first time it's been done of course but worth noting. Mom and dad were very accommodating in bringing outfits, (yes you should bring more then one, even 5!). Leah West gets kudos for the antique chair :) and my darling wife Monica wanted to have it known that the hat was her idea. Gold!!!

Should note as well that dates for family sessions during the Fall/Christmas season are filling fast. If your looking to have a family session done with me AND have Christmas cards done, book sooner than later. Turn over times can vary on receiving proofs and prints in time for the holidays. Take care and enjoy the shots.

Cassandra & Danny :: Engagement

Kinda cool that I get all the smoothest couples. Meet Cassandra and Danny. Cool as cucumbers is the best way to describe them. So cool in fact that their wedding will be in lake Tahoe in December. (Okay, that was corny :).
We shot this one at Stanford University. New local for me and one I'll be visiting again a few more times. Lots of gorgeous architecture there. After we were finished with the College we ran over to downtown Palo Alto. VERY nice, boutique feel to the this part of the city. Great backdrop for romantic stuff.
Classy, classy. I expect no less for the wedding. See you guys in December.

Alison & Temo :: Wedding

Grand couple with an equally grand bridal party. Fun folks with lots of spunk. Had the privilege to shoot this one in Pebble Beach. The ceremony was at "The Church in the Woods" within the 17 mile drive. Very Classy place. We then headed over to Monterey where the reception was at the Post Navel Graduate School. There is a wonderful hall with rustic decor that's a perfect backdrop for weddings. You guys rock, thanks for allowing me to be a part of your big day.

Rebecca, you were super to work with. Guys, if you ever need a great photographer, (and I"m not avaialble :) Then Rebecca's your girl. AWESOME photographer in the Santa Cruz area

Joan & Raven :: Wedding

Might recognize these guys from a few weeks back as I posted their engagement session. Joan and Raven had a grand wedding atop the hills of Gilroy, over looking it's gorgeous orchards. Outdoor weddings are just so festive. Me likes.

The color on this one were so vibrant. I think the ladies pulled of the yellow rather well. Kudos of the choices Joan. Better then I had envisioned. You guys make an AWESOME couple. Much love and congrats once again. Take care and enjoy the shots.
