Where's Sam!?

Been a month since I've blogged ANYTHING! That's the longest we've gone since our start 4 years ago. We've been steady with 2, 3 and some times 5 or 6 times a week for many months, Are you slowing down Sam? Heavens no. Quite the opposite. We're extremely busy and sadly, for the first time ever, the blog has had to take a back seat while we catch up on things.

My blog!! My precious blog. She barely speaks to me anymore. I'm sorry my dear. I'm be back soon.

What you might not know is an engagement blog post takes about 3 hours to arrange, and prepare for. A wedding blog post takes a little less then double that. Multiple that by 100 posts a year and you get the picture. We've made the decision temporarily to cut our blog posts down and finish our current session edits for an number of waiting clients. There are a lot of you and your patience has been VERY appreciated. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Mark my word, we WILL blog every one of our sessions! Hang with us. :)

Meanwhile here's a picture we took of the most photographed icon in the United States. Yes I took this. Yes I was kinda scared.

BONUS TREAT. A HUGE downloadable version you can use as wallpaper. Our treat!!

Thanks for the love folks. We'll be back soon.

~Sam

Leave it to you to come up with an original image of one of the most photographed objects in the world.

Thanks for pointing out how long it takes to prepare a blog post. I always feel like I'm not efficient because my blog posts take me 2-3 hours to write, place images, and reorder them to properly tell the client's story. Knowing that someone else takes that amount of time for a post feels great :) I have friends who have worked with you before, hopefully we'll meet someday!
